Was the scene with the Queen running as cool as the previews make it out to be?
Also could you tell me how Celtic pred dies?
Was atthe AVP premiere tonight and thought the movie was ok. For me the problem is that Alien is an "A" category serie of movies
while Predator is a B movie character.
I don't know if there is officialy two endings but with only like two cuts of a few second in the version I saw the ending could have been different. I didn't particularely lked how they're linked together (I never played the game so I don,tknow if it has anything to do with it)but overall it was ok.

The Queen running is cool, it kind of looks like the T-Rex running after the jeep in Jurassic Park
As for Celtic, I don't even remember, I was rooting for the Aliens

I've been hoping for the best but fearing the worst. I've checked rottentomatoes.com every day for the past few days to see if any reviews have been posted. Nada. It's the day before the movie officially opens and no reviews have been published. That means there wasn't a screening for critics. What that usually means is that they don't want any bad press getting out and ruining opening weekend. That usually means, well... you get the picture. [img]frown.gif[/img]
I'm on the Predator's side. [img]smile.gif[/img] I'll probably see it when it comes to DVD, as my wife won't go, and I don't wanna see it by myself (none of my friends live close by).
Of course, I can always download the telesync version... [img]wink.gif[/img]
I wanna see it for the sfx slugfest, as I am not putting high expectations on it for the plot... did you enjoy it overall Porthos?
